The Fire Chief is the custodian of records for all fire incident reports. Reports prepared by the Company Officers and Fire/Arson Investigators are reviewed in preparation for release. There are curcumstances where fire reports are not releasable due to the following criteria:
Pending Criminal Prosecution
Active Investigation
Sensative nature of the Investigation
Juvenile Record
Information that may disclose investigative technique
Identifying cofidential informant information
A report may be released, however you may receive a redacted copy due to a juveniles name or medical information which is contained within the report(s).

Fire Reports are billed at $2.00 per report (please click on the Fire Report Fee to process your payment prior to submitting form)
Postage (follows the price of postage at the time of mailing)
Mazon Fire Protection District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
